We are looking for a dedicated Field Technician to provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware installation, networking, and customer support while ensuring timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform installation and replacement of IT hardware at customer locations.
- Install and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Perform structured cabling, cable termination, and rack installation.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Provide on-site support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate with customers and internal support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and asset details.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and installation checklists.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Travel to customer sites as assigned.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
