Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Brand Building, or Performance Marketing
- Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing end-to-end marketing functions
- Strong expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Content Strategy
- Experience in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, AI, or Technology-driven businesses preferred
Salary Range: 9 TO 12 LPA
Roles:
Strategy & Ownership
• Own end-to-end marketing — performance ads, SEO, social media, content and brand.
• Set the overall marketing strategy, plan campaigns, and define what success looks like across channels.
• Build a strong external network and represent the brand.
Performance Marketing & SEO
• Deep, expert-level knowledge of performance ads — plan, run and optimise paid campaigns across channels.
• Deep, expert-level knowledge of SEO — own end-to-end SEO and organic growth.
• Publish blogs on the company website and build a content engine that drives organic traffic.
Social Media & Content
• Drive social media strategy — decide what reels to post, what content to create, and the timing of posts.
• Manage LinkedIn actively — e.g. post about events immediately as the company participates in them.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all platforms.
Team Leadership
• Build, lead, motivate and train the marketing team.
• Handle anything and everything in marketing end to end, taking full ownership of outcomes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with startups, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Technology companies preferred
- Proficiency in English; has studied outside.
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of SEO and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media — reels, content, and posting strategy — and of LinkedIn.
- A mature professional capable of leading independently and owning the function end to end.
- Preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city.
The CMO will lead a team of three members:
- Designer (Graphic Designer): Designs everything end to end — marketing creatives, billboards, LinkedIn posts. Creative and able to handle all design needs independently.
- Content / Social Media Manager: Makes reels and content, and supports the CMO on the social media front.
- Growth Hacker: Deep knowledge of Reddit, Quora and Telegram. Builds a community channel with thousands of members, creates awareness through posts, and has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing
