Role Summary
The Placement Officer is responsible for coordinating student placements, building strong relationships with companies and recruiters, and ensuring successful employment opportunities for students upon course completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters
- Identify job opportunities relevant to student profiles and arrange campus recruitment drives
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, group discussions, and placement schedules
- Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness
- Organize mock interviews, career guidance sessions, and employability workshops
- Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and student employment data
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management
- Communicate placement updates and job opportunities to students and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes
- Ability to collaborate with students, faculty, and corporate partners
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication

- Minimum 2 months of experience in an HR-related field (Internship or full-time experience considered
