Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Partner to meet clients, and close residential construction projects in Mysore. The candidate should have strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and explain company services
- Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client database and update CRM/reporting
- Develop channel partners and referral networks
- Handle negotiations and assist in project closures
- Support marketing activities and campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in construction, real estate, Sales, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Mysore market
- Ability to handle client meetings independently
- Two-wheeler and local travel flexibility preferred
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
