We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Dietician to design and manage diet plans for patients suffering from diabetes and arthritis. This role involves providing personalized nutritional guidance through both telephonic and face-to-face consultations with patients from across India. The dietician will conduct follow-ups and make necessary adjustments to dietary plans based on patient progress and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized diet plans for patients with diabetes and arthritis, considering medical history, lifestyle, and individual preferences.
- Conduct initial and follow-up consultations via phone, video calls, and in-person (as needed).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust diet plans based on feedback, health status, and medical updates.
- Provide education on disease management through proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy food choices.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of consultations, diet plans, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition and disease-specific dietary management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
- Registered Dietician (RD) or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with diabetic and arthritis patients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Indian regional language.
- Strong knowledge of Indian food habits and regional cuisines.
- Proficiency in remote consultation tools and EMR (electronic medical records) systems.
