Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can own the revenue pipeline end-to-end; from inbound leads to deal closure, while also bringing structure to our sales process. This role requires someone who can balance client relationship building with execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound leads (weddings/events/creative services)
Conduct client consultations (calls/meetings) to understand requirements
Create and present custom proposals & pricing
Drive follow-ups and closures with strong negotiation skills
Maintain and update sales CRM
Coordinate with operations & delivery teams post-sale
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Build and improve sales processes, scripts, and conversion funnels
Track key metrics: conversion rate, TAT, deal value, revenue targets
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales (preferably services/events/creative industry)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to handle high-value clients and long sales cycles
Comfortable with targets and performance tracking
Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and negotiation
Organized and process-driven mindset
Good to Have
Experience in wedding/event industry
Familiarity with CRM tools
Strong aesthetic sense (helpful for creative pitches)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
