Sales Engineer – Flowserve Process Pumps

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in industrial process pumps to drive business development across Maharashtra and Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-commercial sales experience, application engineering knowledge, and exposure to Flowserve or similar premium pump brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Flowserve process pumps and rotating equipment.
- Develop business across Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, EPC, and Water Treatment industries.
- Visit customer sites to understand application requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions.
- Perform pump selection and sizing based on customer requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Build relationships with plant heads, maintenance engineers, purchase managers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and payment collection.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial pump sales or rotating equipment sales.
- Experience with Flowserve, KSB, Sulzer, Grundfos, Kirloskar, or similar pump brands is preferred.
- Good understanding of pump hydraulics, pump curves, NPSH, and fluid handling applications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Karnataka.
Preferred Industries: Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Water Treatment, EPC, Industrial Process Plants.
