Job Title: Sales Manager
Location & Type: Indore | Full-Time | Office-Based Schedule: Mon-Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
ABOUT THE ROLE
Four Directions Reality is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish a high-performance sales culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives.
- Assist in closing high-value customer deals.
- Coordinate with HR and management on hiring and training.
- Ensure effective lead management through CRM
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience. Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Real estate industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Indore): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
