URGENT HIRING – Sales & Marketing (HVAC / MEP Revamp)

Job Summary:
Sterling and Wilson is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to drive business development for HVAC & MEP Revamp, Retrofit, Renovation, Modernization and AMC projects across North India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC/MEP retrofit and modernization projects.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, consultants, PMC, architects, builders and facility management companies.
- Handle lead generation, client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tenders and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for proposal submissions.
- Manage project closures and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network across North India.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC / MEP Sales, Business Development or Project Sales.
- Experience in Revamp, Retrofit, Renovation, Modernization or AMC Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Chillers, VRF Systems, AHU, Ventilation, Electrical and Plumbing Systems.
- Experience handling Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Hotels, Malls, IT Parks and Industrial Facilities.
- Exposure to techno-commercial proposals, tendering and project closures.
- Strong client-facing and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel across North India.
