We cater to various sectors including electronics, industrial automation, Solar, and manufacturing. We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Drafter to join our Design Team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking Design Engineer to assist in creating, modifying and revising 2D and 3D layouts for Solar Projects, mechanical enclosures, PCBs, and system assemblies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of design tools like Sketchup, Autocad, simulation tools like PVSyst, Solar Path Finder and a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design 2D drawings and 3D models using Sketchup, AutoCAD software.
- Support in drafting technical layouts, assembly diagrams, and component placements.
- Assist in converting concepts and sketches into detailed engineering drawings.
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative modifications.
- Coordinate with senior designers and engineers to ensure designs meet functionality and manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain organized design documentation and version control.
- Learn and follow company standards for layout design, tolerance, and detailing.
- Proficiency in tools like PV Syst, Sketchup, Autocad
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech/BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- 0–1 year of experience
- Good Knowledge of Word & Excel.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sketch/SketchUp
- Basic understanding of 2D and 3D layout design
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
Preferred (But Not Mandatory):
- Internship or academic project experience in PV Syst, Sketchup, CAD design, or product layout.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tolerancing, or PCB layout (for electronics roles).
