What You'll Do
* Assist in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
* Help resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
* Ensure timely follow-ups on customer requests.
* Learn and follow customer support processes and communication guidelines.
* Contribute to delivering a great customer experience every day.
Who Can Apply
* Graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good English grammar and typing skills.
* Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
