Candidate Profile
Education:
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, CS and AV Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on field experience in Audio-Video systems.
- Proven experience in conference room AV setups, including boardrooms and meeting rooms.
- Exposure to AV installations at corporate offices, luxury residences, and hospitality projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Skills (Preferred):
- Strong knowledge of audio systems (microphones, mixers, DSPs, amplifiers, speakers).
- Experience with video systems (projectors, displays, video walls, switchers, extenders).
- Familiarity with VC / UC systems (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, Poly, etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking, signal flow, and IP-based AV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and layouts.
- Professional and presentable demeanour to engage with high-end clients.
Age:
- Preferably below 30 years
Training
- Comprehensive product and system training will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Audio-Video systems.
- Setting up and supporting conference rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, and auditoriums.
- Installation and troubleshooting of displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, DSPs, and control systems.
- Coordinating with clients, architects, and consultants for smooth on-site execution.
- Diagnosing and resolving AV system faults during installation and post-handover support.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining a professional working approach at premium client sites such as five-star hotels, luxury residences, and corporate offices.
- Providing basic user training and system handover to clients when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
