About the Role:We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead retail fit-out and store execution projects. This role demands strong ownership, execution excellence, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of retail store fit-out projects from concept to handover
- Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and on-site execution activities
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve execution challenges
- Manage vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance tracking
- Provide timely updates and reporting to management
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in retail fit-out / store execution
- Proven track record of delivering multiple retail projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, materials, and site execution practices
- Excellent project management, coordination, and management skills
- High level of accountability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with retail brands or handling multi-location store rollouts
- Exposure to fast-paced retail or commercial interior projects
