Elysium Academy Hopes is hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller for our EdTech Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining IT courses, and converting leads into admission
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student leads
- Handle inbound inquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, Website, Social Media)
- Explain IT courses, career opportunities, duration & fees
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Convert leads into admissions
- Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily & monthly admission targets
Requirements
- Any Degree (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Passion for sales & target achievement
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Education Sales
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Positive and energetic attitude
