- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, lobby, washrooms, and back office areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor room status updates and coordinate with Front Office for room availability.
- Manage linen, uniforms, guest supplies, cleaning materials, and housekeeping inventory.
- Ensure proper handling of lost and found items as per company policy.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff on grooming, hygiene, SOPs, and service standards.
- Prepare duty rosters, attendance, leave records, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with Maintenance department for repair and upkeep requirements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and fire safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor pest control, deep cleaning schedules, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain departmental records, checklists, and reports.
- Control departmental expenses and minimize wastage of materials and supplies.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory control.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and machinery
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
