Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation & Sales Manager to lead business operations and drive sales growth in the Logistics and Telecom sector. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in operations management, client handling, business development, and team leadership with experience in reputed organizations such as DHL, Safexpress, Indus Tower, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution across logistics and telecom functions.
- Drive business growth through client acquisition and sales strategy implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and timely delivery.
- Handle budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Lead and mentor operational and sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Operations and Sales.
- Experience in Logistics and Telecom industry is mandatory.
- Preferred background from companies such as DHL, Safexpress, Indus Tower, or similar organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain, telecom deployment, and business expansion.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational analytics.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA (Operations / Sales / Supply Chain preferred)
