We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to coordinate our daily operations and support our growing team.
Job Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company. You will coordinate with inspection executives, the digital marketing team, and office staff to ensure work is executed efficiently and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing people, solving problems, and taking ownership of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Plan and schedule inspection assignments for field executives.
- Coordinate with inspection executives regarding daily work, routes, and schedules.
- Ensure field staff receive timely operational support whenever required.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media team to coordinate content shoots, vehicle availability, locations, and schedules.
- Monitor daily task completion and follow up on pending activities.
- Maintain effective communication between different departments.
- Assist in improving operational efficiency and workflow.
- Prepare and submit daily operational updates to the management.
- Coordinate with customers whenever operational support is required.
- Identify operational issues and take initiative to resolve them promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or team management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Candidates from automobile, logistics, service, or operations backgrounds will be given preference.
