Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (SEO + SMO + PPC)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage our complete online marketing operations with a strong focus on SEO, SMO, and PPC (Meta + Google Ads).
The ideal candidate should be able to work on organic growth, paid ads, content creation, and creative design—while driving measurable performance and results.
You will manage everything from search visibility to ad optimization to social media presence.
Key Responsibilities SEO (Primary Responsibility)
- Plan, execute, and optimize complete SEO strategy.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Implement on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, schema, content optimization).
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes (speed, indexing, CWV).
- Build high-quality backlinks and off-page authority.
- Monitor rankings using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.
SMO / Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage social media calendars.
- Create and design posters, creatives, and carousel content.
- Shoot/edit reels and short-form videos (CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts.
- Increase page reach, followers, and engagement organically.
PPC – Meta Ads & Google Ads (Performance Marketing)
- Set up, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Retargeting, App Install, YouTube, and Traffic campaigns.
- Create ad copies, creatives, and audiences.
- Track and reduce CPL, CPA, and improve ROAS.
- Build retargeting funnels and remarketing audiences.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Creative Content & Media
- Design creatives using Canva/Photoshop.
- Edit high-quality reels and marketing videos.
- Create ads-ready creatives for Meta & Google.
- Work closely with the team for product photoshoots.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads dashboard.
- Ability to design basic creatives (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).
- Video editing knowledge (CapCut, VN).
- Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Proven experience running paid campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Excellent knowledge of GA4, Search Console, and analytics reporting.
- Strong communication skills & ability to work independently.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience in app marketing (Android/iOS).
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM / lead funnels.
- Ability to handle email/SMS marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of website CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
