Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to manage outbound calls, handle customer queries, and maintain accurate records. This role does not involve any sales targets and focuses on customer interaction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, information sharing, or feedback collection
- Handle calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about company services/products
- Maintain proper call records and update data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Ability to handle calls politely and professionally
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
