Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, or email.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility:
- Graduates: Minimum 6 months of customer support experience.
- 12th Pass/Undergraduates: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
- Excellent English communication (B2+).
- Maximum age: 35 years.
Work From Home Requirements:
- Windows 10/11 Laptop or Desktop.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Stable broadband connection (30 Mbps or higher).
- USB/Wired headset.
- Power backup preferred.
