Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT Services or Technology Consulting
- Strong understanding of IT services sales models and solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM-based solutions (added advantage)
- Experience working with global clients or international markets
- Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, or managed services
- Exposure in driving team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT services offerings
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers
- Representing the company at industry events and networking forums
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance
