Role Title:
Production - Executive
Roles & Responsiblities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role
The role would primarly involve Shift handling of automated plant set up , Leading the maintenance team, Shopfloor Safety , DPR circulation ,communicating and collaborationg across departments ,daily production related SAP entries, Induction to new joinees in the plant , new project development & implementation , Implementing asset care practices, handling contract workmen, dealing with external vendors, project management, Participating in audits and documentaton of various reports pertaning to production.
Key Duties & Responsiblities
Handling the shift operations of completely automated plant including Utility section and lead DWM meetings.
Participate in Cockpit Meeting , Circle team presentation and practise gemba walk regularly
Planning and executing planned maiantenance activities of plant
Ensure Safety in shopfloor , emphasize Safety culture through Permit system , Near Miss reporting and safety kaizen implementation
Participate in Asset care management program to improve plant OEE
Ensure Manufacturing variable cost within budgeted cost
Hands on knowledge on RCA and other skills to handle machine abnormalities amnd corrective action
Take timely action on exceptional MIS from SAP MII to improve KPI's
Ensure online prodcution entries are entered through SAP.
Analyze and implement actionables on Capacity debottlenecking at each process stage to improve productivity
Project management expertise on planning and execution
Control and monitor the final product in shift operation
Plan and execute the stock taking activities during month end closure .
Play the role of an FPR in case of evacuation as per ERP.
Effective spares planning and management
Knowledge on rigging and heavy weight erection
Need to handle contract workmen and various external contractors
Proactively Identify and study deviations in KPI's and determine solutions to deviations by collobarating with team.
Play a key role in Capacity expansion projects and responsible for shift operation output as per defined targets
Control and monitor the Sustainability focus areas to improve in Fuel / Power / Water Consumption in the process
Secondary Duties & Responsiblities
Vendor Identification for improvement projects
Coordination and assisting in various engagement , safety ,training activities pertaining to Shopfloor
Ensuring escalation of areas related to Hygiene , infra ,cleanliness to the HR department.
Participate in Institutional roles & support HR in CSR
Coordinating with commercial team in spares procurement process
Holding discussions with the supervisor on PDP , MBR and developmement plan.
Coordination and Support for various Audits such as EMS , OHSAS , FSMS , MIEM , etc
