Assistant Manager MIS
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor’s degree in any technical field
· 6-7 years of prior work experience in education, technology programs, MIS and survey management
· Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and Telugu for school communication and reporting
· Strong skills in data compilation, dashboard creation and reporting
· Basic computer literacy in Excel, Power BI, AI tools and other data analysis software
· Experience in government partnership programmes is desirable
Key Responsibilities
· Create an all-inclusive strategy for the operation of the project Management Information Systems (MIS).
· Lead the development and rollout of session and activity tracking technology platforms.
· Compile and manage project data including master data, session delivery, attendance and number of sessions conducted.
· Generate weekly, fortnightly and monthly dashboards for project monitoring and tracking.
· Review field data regularly and provide feedback to project and impact teams.
· Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and relevance of reported information.
· Report concurrent monitoring data to regional offices and head office, including government and funder reporting requirements.
· Coordinate with all project locations to ensure timely data updates.
· Support Program Managers and Impact Managers in project reviews and monitoring activities.
· Conduct field visits to verify data reporting processes and ensure data quality compliance.
· Provide periodic training to project staff on MIS systems and M&E processes.
· Collaborate with central and regional teams to review project data health and provide recommendations.
· Submit reports and participate in district and state-level review meetings as required.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
