Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of generating new business opportunities, and skilled at building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads through various channels, and contributing to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through multiple sources, including field visits, referrals, cold calling, social media, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Meet prospective customers and present the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update the CRM or lead management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (any discipline).
- 0-1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
