Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily farm accounting activities and data entry in Poloxy
- Maintain production and inventory records accurately
- Monitor feed consumption, mortality, egg production, bird weight, and batch performance
- Maintain stock records for feed, medicines, vaccines, and farm consumables
- Process labour attendance, overtime, and payroll records
- Record operational expenses, revenue transactions, and daily reports
- Coordinate with HO Accounts Team and auditors during audits and compliance reviews
- Ensure timely and accurate operational and accounting data updates
