PediaZone - Complete Pediatric Care. is a growing pharmaceutical organization with a PAN India presence in the pediatric segment. We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and passionate PCD Pharma Sales Executive to join us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Appoint and onboard distributors for Ultrapolis Lifesciences through tele-calling.
- Take regular orders from appointed distributors and update records.
- Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly sales reports accurately.
- Coordinate internally with other departments via email to ensure smooth workflow.
- Share daily updates with distributors regarding marketing materials, new schemes, and product info.
- Inform and educate clients about promotional campaigns, gift campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure maximum conversions from prospects to active clients.
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and Diploma in pharmacy
· Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
· Active listening and strong communication skills
· Confidence in persuasion and objection handling
· Team player with coordination and time management skills
· Excel and email communication proficiency
· Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution is a plus
