- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on operational procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience with software deployment processes and tools related to application packaging.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
