Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and calibrate Optical Emission Spectrometers at client sites.
- Provide timely preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal instrument performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely.
- Train customers on instrument operation, care, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, and customer feedback logs.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex repairs and spare parts management.
- Support the sales team during product demos, exhibitions, and technical discussions when required.
- Ensure compliance with company service policies and safety guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
