Role Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves managing floor activities, staff supervision, and maintaining store standards.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in retail, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and manage daily store operations
- Handle staff scheduling and floor management
- Maintain VM and stock replenishment
- Ensure billing, cash handling, and customer service
- Assist in stock audit, inward/outward, shrinkage control
- Train staff and monitor performance
- Handle customer escalations in SM’s absence
- Maintain store records and audit readiness
Skills:
Good communication, team handling, retail operations knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
