Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Analyse sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and track results.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite and Gem Portal.
- A commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
