Key Responsibilities
· Source, screen, and recruit H1B/GC/H4EAD Genuine experienced candidates from job portals, social media, and networking channels for Bench Marketing.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
· Coordinate with candidates for marketing, and placement assistance.
· Post job requirements on job portals and update candidate databases.
· Explain job opportunities, company benefits, and visa processes to candidates.
· Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews with clients or vendors.
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with consultants.
· Coordinate with internal sales or bench teams for smooth onboarding.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Comfortable to work in night shift
· Candidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
· Candidates should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
· Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred
· Must be a good team player and result driven.
· Good verbal and written skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
