We’re Hiring: Student Success Advisor – Domestic Student Engagement & Analytics

If so, we want you on our team!We are looking for a Student Success Advisor to drive domestic student engagement, manage critical communication channels, and leverage data to optimize our admissions funnel.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement: Conduct outbound/follow-up calls to guide prospective students through admissions, applications, and onboarding.Data & Analytics: Maintain accurate student records, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, and build/manage performance dashboards.Tech & Tool Management: Own the Slate Inbox, manage Ocelot chat interactions, and conduct 1:1 student appointments.Compliance & Events: Assist with occasional i20 document reviews and support exciting on-ground student outreach events.
What We Are Looking For Excel Wizards: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data visualization, and dashboard creation) is a must.Strong Communicators: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve queries professionally and motivate students.Analytical Thinkers: A knack for analyzing conversion data to spot trends and optimize the recruitment funnel.Multitaskers: Ability to stay organized, manage a high-volume inbox, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
