Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our growing real estate firm. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all employee-related needs, managing everything from high-volume recruitment (agents, property managers, and corporate staff) to employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry lifecycle and possess the strategic mindset needed to align HR initiatives with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in attracting top-tier talent for specialized real estate roles (e.g., Sales Agents, Property Managers, Project Managers, and Administrative staff).
- Onboarding & Retention: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires seamlessly into the company culture and accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance, particularly focusing on commission-based and incentive-driven roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff, resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination and manage competitive benefits packages, ensuring a solid understanding of real estate commission structures and draws.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws. Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs for corporate staff and sales teams, implementing programs that enhance skills and support career progression.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0 to 6 months of progressive HR experience, with at least 1+ years specifically within the Real Estate, Property Management, or Construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of real estate market dynamics, commission-based compensation models, and independent contractor (1099) vs. employee (W2) regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
