Entrusted with the responsibility of lead generation through professional social media, gathering targeted audience data and sending company profile, business proposal for various software products

Lead generation and cold calling by making Telecall

Accountable for taking appointment and fixing meeting with clients and visiting the clients if necessary
-
Analyse client requirements and developing client presentation & demo; skillfully negotiating with the clients on the basis of features & pricing, closing the deals and doing regular follow-ups

Managing the clients

Carrying out strong marketing research activities like price research, Sales forecasting, Competitor analysis for handling the software products

Supervising the acquisition of new customer and building good relationship with the existing clients by providing them post sales service

Mapping client’s requirements & providing them best solutions, evaluating & defining the scope of project and finalizing the project requirements

Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule / budgets & ensuring timely completion and delivery of project to the client

Managing the implementation phase by formulating project plans, planning resources and managing issues arising due to scope creep or other technical / personnel matters

Generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner; determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions

Recommending alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications along with the present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with Global clients
