Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
- Ensure proper functioning of production machinery (CNC, grinding, heading, etc.)
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Follow safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement
- Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, and improvement projects
- Technical Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Hands-on experience with machine tools and measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines and automation systems
- Understanding of bearing manufacturing process (preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
