About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us establish a complete manufacturing setup for Data Center Racks. The candidate should have hands-on experience in rack design, production planning, machine selection, manufacturing processes, quality control, and factory setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Data Center Racks (42U, 45U, 48U, etc.)
- Recommend and finalize manufacturing machines and equipment
- Create complete production workflow from raw material to finished rack
- Guide factory layout and production line setup
- Select suitable raw materials (CRCA Steel, GI Sheet, etc.)
- Develop assembly and powder coating processes
- Implement quality control and testing procedures
- Prepare technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Train production staff and machine operators
- Support prototype development and production optimization
Experience Required: 5+ Years (Preferred in Data Center Rack, Server Rack, Telecom Rack, Electrical Enclosure Manufacturing)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
