Job Summary
A Hair Stylist is responsible for providing professional hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and client consultations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining salon standards, and contributing to business growth through retail sales and client retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service
- Welcome clients and conduct professional consultations to understand their needs.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair treatments, and products.
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, blow-dries, styling, coloring, smoothening, keratin, and other hair services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Technical Services
- Perform hair cutting and styling according to salon standards.
- Execute chemical services such as hair coloring, highlights, rebonding, keratin, and texture services.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards while performing services.
Retail & Sales
- Recommend and sell professional hair care products.
- Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.
- Promote salon packages, memberships, and special offers.
Client Retention
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain client records and service history.
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Salon Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper inventory usage and minimize wastage.
- Follow salon grooming, attendance, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong haircutting and styling skills.
- Knowledge of hair coloring and chemical services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
