Position Details:
Role: Bench Sales Recruiter (Marketing Executives)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience Required: 0-2years
Salary Range: 13,000 – 25,000 (As per Interview and Experience)
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients in the US market.
- Search and identify job requirements from job portals and vendor networks.
- Submit consultants to suitable job openings and follow up with vendors/clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful placement of consultants.
- Coordinate interviews and assist consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of consultants, vendors, and job submissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and quick learning ability.
