Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork / freelance bidding to join our team.
Only candidates with experience in online bidding (Upwork/Freelancer) should apply. Minimum 2+ years of experience required. This is not a field sales or telecalling role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects via freelance platforms
- Write customised, high-converting proposals
- Handle client communication and convert leads into projects
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT sales / Upwork bidding
- Proven ability to write winning proposals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with web/app/digital marketing projects
