Location: Goa / India (with site travel as required)
Experience: 3–4 years (DG sets / higher‑rating machines)
Education:
· B.E./B.Tech/ Diplima in Mechanical Engineering (with strong electrical knowledge).
· Proven 3–4 years’ experience in DG sets, alternators, and higher‑rating machines.
· Hands‑on experience in overhauling (OH) of engines and alternators.
· Deep knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, controllers (ComAp/DEIF), and protection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overhauling of DG sets.
· Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults under pressure.
· Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance with audit‑ready documentation.
· Ensure warranty compliance and prepare escalation reports for OEMs/vendors.
· Support customer training sessions and technical demonstrations.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for spare parts verification and sourcing.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of engines, alternators, and electrical systems.
· Expertise in OH procedures for higher‑rating DG sets.
· Familiarity with safety standards, compliance protocols, and AMC/CAMC schedules.
· Ability to prepare structured service reports and escalation sheets.
· Good communication skills for customer/vendor interaction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
