- Own Google Ads lead-gen campaigns for Innovacio Technology
- Ideal for someone who's driven B2B pipeline for Tech/IT/SaaS/Software/AI companies
- Experience targeting AUS-NZ, US & European markets required
- Independent, remote, part-time role
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Run B2B lead-gen targeting AUS-NZ, US & European markets
- A/B test ad copy, keywords, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage budgets, bidding, and targeting
- Track CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS
What You Bring:
- 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (required)
- Prior Tech/IT/SaaS/Software/AI company experience (required)
- AUS-NZ/US/Europe campaign experience (mandatory)
- B2B lead-gen track record — not B2C/e-commerce
- Strong with Google Ads: Search, Display, retargeting, conversion campaigns
- Able to show client performance dashboards
- Proof of past results/case studiesCompensation:
- Base: ₹10,000–₹25,000/month (part-time)
- Performance bonus: ₹40,000 for every successful conversion, per the company's conversion verification criteria
