ZRole Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and leading plant teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end plant operations
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Manage workforce, maintenance, and safety compliance
Drive process improvements and cost efficiency
Coordinate with management for strategic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)experience in manufacturing/plant operations
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
