Job Overview
Flow Realty India is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, introducing real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for graduates who want to build a career in real estate sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule property site visits or meetings for the sales team.
Provide information about projects, pricing, and offers to potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Interest in sales, real estate, and client interaction.
Eligibility
Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an added advantage.
Candidates willing to work in Bangalore.
