Job Summary
We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Sales Executive to promote our products and services, generate leads, engage with customers, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should be fluent in Kannada with good communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Communicate product/service information clearly in Kannada.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the support and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, field activities, and customer meetings when required.
Required Skills
- Fluent Kannada communication is mandatory.
- Good English/Telugu communication is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with sales, telecalling, business development, or customer-handling experience are preferred.
- Candidates from Tirupati and nearby locations are preferred.
