Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Science or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
Experience
- Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE or recognized school is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent subject knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Assess student performance through assignments, classwork, and examinations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Monitor and support students' academic progress and overall development.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, school events, and professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and well-being.
- Participate actively in school functions, meetings, examinations, and other institutional responsibilities.
Salary
₹19,473.98 – ₹22,850.07 per month
(Based on qualifications, experience, and performance.)
