JOB SUMMARY
Hack & Grow is looking for a motivated SEO & Social Media Intern to join our marketing team for a 6-month full-time internship in Dehradun. You will gain hands-on experience in both search engine optimization and social media marketing, working on real campaigns for clients across India, Canada, and UAE. This is a paid, in-person internship with the opportunity for a full-time role post-completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES – SOCIAL MEDIA
- - Create and implement social media campaigns for multiple brands
- - Develop weekly and monthly content calendars
- - Write captions, reel scripts, and design graphics using Canva
- - Monitor social analytics and generate engagement insights
- - Respond to community comments and manage online engagement
- - Assist with press releases, media alerts, and brand updates
- - Support the team during live events, webinars, and online campaigns
RESPONSIBILITIES – SEO
- - Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms
- - Assist in optimizing website pages, blogs, and landing pages
- - Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- - Create SEO-friendly and AI-assisted content (SurferSEO, AISEO)
- - Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
- - Stay updated on SEO trends and Google algorithm changes
- - Collaborate with content and social media teams on strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- - Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- - Interest in social media, digital marketing, SEO, and content creation
- - Basic familiarity with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media tools
- - Willingness to learn SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ubersuggest)
- - Good written communication in English and/or Hindi
- - Ability to work in-person at our Dehradun office for the full 6-month duration
