Job Title: Quality In-Charge
Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality In-Charge to lead and oversee the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for our steel manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) for manufacturing operations.
- Oversee quality inspections, testing, documentation, and record management.
- Ensure compliance with BIS standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures.
- Monitor quality performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Mentor and guide the quality team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality management within the structural steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel quality systems, inspection practices, and BIS standards.
- Experience in handling quality inspections, audits, documentation, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation is preferred.
