Best Wishes Gift Hampers is a premium customised corporate gifting brand based in Panchkula, serving leading companies across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. We specialise in corporate gift hampers, festival packs, and bespoke gifting solutions for businesses. We are expanding our corporate sales footprint and are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead client acquisition across the Tricity.
Role Overview
We are hiring a target-oriented, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for generating corporate sales of gifting solutions across the Chandigarh Tricity. This is a field-based role requiring regular client visits to corporate offices, HR/Admin departments, and procurement teams to pitch, quote, and close bulk gifting orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing teams) across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
- Conduct field visits to offices to present product catalogues, samples, and quotations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert enquiries into confirmed bulk orders.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and operations team to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships for repeat festival and occasion-based orders (Diwali, New Year, employee onboarding kits, etc.).
- Maintain daily reports of visits, calls, leads, and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales, field sales, or marketing (gifting, printing, FMCG, hospitality, or related industries preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and comfortable with daily field work and client meetings.
- Good command of Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good knowledge of the Chandigarh Tricity corporate landscape is an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
