Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
- Manage budget allocation and performance tracking
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Run A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion funnels
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience in healthcare / hospital marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns (OPD, surgery conversions, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking pixels
