Job Summary
Sri Suki Pharma is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medications, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong pharmaceutical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to patient care. Responsibilities commonly include safe dispensing, inventory control, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions for correctness and regulatory compliance.
- Provide medication counseling and guidance to customers.
- Maintain pharmacy records and documentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of medicines.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff and junior pharmacists.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve medication-related issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Registered Pharmacist License (preferred as per applicable regulations)
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and dispensing procedures
- Experience in inventory and stock management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
